I received my BA from Brandeis University and my MSW from New York University. I continued developing my clinical expertise through post-graduate training at the Women’s Therapy Center Institute, the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia, and the Albert Ellis Institute. I have also been affiliated with the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, Inc., Hunter College, and Pratt Institute.
In addition, I am a current member of the Executive Board and Faculty for the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia. I also served as the Marketing Chair for the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals New York Chapter and on the Steering Committee for the National Eating Disorder Association’s New York City Walk.
I am also a frequent lecturer on eating disorders and substance abuse issues. I have spoken to other clinicians, middle school and high school age students, and young adults in higher education. A list of my lectures is provided on the Services Page.
